ID card holder / child health record booklet cover, handmade and individual

Hello,

Here I offer homemade ID card holders.

They offer protection for important baby documents and look very nice.
I sew them as covers for child health record books, maternity record book covers, or as covers for vaccination certificates.

The cases are available in 3 different sizes and many different designs.
The maternity record booklet cover can be closed either with an elastic band, a tie, or a flap with cam snaps.
The cover for the vaccination certificate has no closure - but one can be attached upon request.

Each case is custom-made. I don't keep any stock.

I always have a wide variety of fabrics in stock, so there's definitely something for everyone.

Upon request, I can also create the covers in a patchwork style like in the photos. The final selection will then be a matter of chance :-)
The uploaded photos are samples.

The fabrics and designs can be individually selected and will be agreed upon in advance.

I'd be happy to send you photos with different fabric samples beforehand.

The cases are available in 3 sizes.
For the vaccination certificate, approximately 11 x 15.5 cm
for the maternity record booklet in approx. 13 x 18 cm
and the Uheft cover is approximately 15.5 x 21.5 cm

The Uheft cover also has pockets inside where the vaccination certificate and/or an insurance card or information from the pediatrician can be safely stored.


Shipping only within Germany as a parcel or letter.

The cases are individually manufactured according to customer specifications, therefore returns, cancellations, etc. are excluded.
